Learned counsel for the State submits the report of the Officer-in-Charge, Ballygunge Police Station dated 24.09.2021 which reflects that a food corner was the main obstruction at the gate of the Health Point which has been removed by the assistance of police. There is no obstruction of ingress and egress of the ambulance or the vehicle to and from the hospital/nursing home. Let the report of the Officer-in-Charge, Ballygunge Police Station dated 24.09.2021, be kept on record. With the above observation, the writ application

being WPA 15630 of 2021 is disposed of.

However, with the direction upon the Officer-inCharge to see to it that there is no obstacle in ingress and egress to and from Health Point situated at 21, Prannath Pandit Street, Kol-25.
