Petitioner is in custody for 287 days. She renews her prayer for bail. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits she is suffering from serious ailments. Prosecution case alleged against her is inherently improbable. In view of the submission relating to poor health condition of the petitioner, we called for a report from the Medical Board.
Report is placed before us. From the report, it appears that the health condition of the petitioner is not alarming. In view of the aforesaid, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the application on merits.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
