In order to avoid any complication, we feel that an opportunity should be given to the respondents appearing in the matter.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to effect the service afresh upon the respondents, by sending the copy of the application for restoration by speed post and shall file affidavit of service on the returnable date. The application is made returnable one week after reopening of this Court following Puja Vacation for the year 2022.
