1. The prayer sought for in this appeal is to seek for modification of the order passed by the learned Single Bench. When we expressed such a prayer cannot be considered in this appeal, the learned advocate for the appellant sought permission to withdraw this appeal and proceed in the manner known to law. 2.

The learned advocate for the State submitted that the order and direction issued by the learned Single Bench has been complied with in its entirety and the report to the said fact has been filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Investigation Cell, Security Control Organisation.

3. The said report is placed on record.

4. With the above observation, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
