Masud ... for the State After hearing learned counsel and considering that the grievance of the petitioner relates to nonproduction of deed registered in 2002 in the office of the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Sealdah, WPA 14974 of 2022 is disposed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Sub-Registrar-III, Alipore, as suggested by counsel appearing for the State, within a period of two weeks from date. The District SubRegistrar-III will then take necessary steps within three weeks from the date on which the petitioner approaches to furnish the deed, as prayed for and upon fulfillment of all necessary formalities.
