Mr. Sanjay Saha ...for the Petitioner Grievance of the petitioner is that an application for repairing in connection with the Title Suit No. 401 of 2018 is pending for a long time and the same is fixed for hearing on February 21, 2022.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity of issuing any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocate in the Court below forthwith.

CO 1718 of 2021 accordingly stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of repairing of the application on the next date i.e. on February 21, 2022 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There will be, however, no order as to costs.
