For the State The writ petition is directed against an order dated April 12, 2023 passed in OA 1231 of 2021. By the impugned order, the tribunal found that, the writ petitioners approached the tribunal with a request for disposal of the representation dated March 23, 2021 pertaining to conversion application dated March 23, 2019 relying on an inquiry report dated April 23, 2019 for conversion of LR Plot No. 3938 measuring 04 decimals at Mouza Jiakhali, JL No. 40. The tribunal noted that, during the pendency of the Original Application, the concerned authority passed an order rejecting the application for conversion. The tribunal noted that, the final order on the application for conversion was not under challenge before the appropriate authority. The tribunal granted leave to the petitioners to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

We find no material irregularity in the impugned order. The limited scope of the Original Application

with which, the writ petitioners approached the tribunal, by reason of the subsequent act of the authorities, stood redressed. An order rejecting the application for conversion was passed. Such order is yet to be challenged by the writ petitioners. Tribunal granted liberty to the writ petitioners to challenge the same.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present writ petition.

WPLRT 76 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
