This writ petition was initially filed with the allegation that the National Agriculture Co-operative Marketing Federation of India Limited did not accept the jute bags/consignment supplied by the petitioner as per a work order. Subsequently, the work order was cancelled. It is contended by the petitioners that the matter may be settled out of Court. The petitioners pray for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with the terms and conditions of the work order and/or the contract entered into between the parties, at the appropriate stage, strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
