The Secretary of the relevant college is personally present in Court. It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing respondent no. 6 that the Principal of the college could not appear today before this Court since he has been suffering from viral fever. Learned advocate appearing for the college has made over a cheque of Rs. 48,000/- in favour of the petitioner. It is not in dispute that by this way a total of Rs. 1,48,000/- has been refunded back to the petitioner which was deposited as fees by the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no other due payable by the college to the petitioner.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, WPA 14710 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
