"The second appeal tender is of year 2000. There is a defect reported in the learned advocate having omitted to put his signature in the right hand corner of first page in the memo. None appears on behalf of appellants.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order for taking steps to remove the defects as well as that the appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event steps are not taken or appellants continue to go unrepresented or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjourned date or thereafter.

Noting dated 4th August, 2021 says, the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. We are convinced appellants have lost interest. SAT 3139 of 2000 is dismissed.
