Petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the police authorities in connection with Murshidabad P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024. The prayers in the writ petition incorporate amongst others that petitioner may not be served with a notice under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered that already a report in final form under Section 173 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been submitted before the jurisdictional court in connection with Murshidabad P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024, I am of the view that further interference of this Court is uncalled for. Petitioner would be at liberty, if he has any grievance, to ventilate the same before the jurisdictional court. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 15704 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
