1. In view of the fact that the petitioner stands on the same footing as Riju Pal and Others in CRR 953 of 2023 and the prayer for anticipatory bail was passed by learned Sessions Judge on January 5, 2023 was recalled and set aside by the co-ordinate Bench on April 5, 2023 noticing that the victim suffered multiple fracture injuries and they are grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2031 of 2024 is dismissed.
