1. By way of a public interest litigation the petitioner essentially seeks for implementation of an order passed by the Division Bench dated 30th March, 2023 and 13th April, 2023.

2. In respect of such alleged non-compliance of those orders, already comtempt application has been filed and it is being heard by another Division Bench.

3. Therefore, we permit the petitioner, Mr.

Sanmoy Banerjee to intervene in the said proceedings to assist the Court.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
