Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since the police submitted charge sheet further detention of the petitioner is not necessary.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and bearing in mind the fact that contraband above commercial quantity was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
