Banerjee ... for the P. F. Authority Re The petitioner has approached this court as the police authorities did not act on the representation which was addressed to them. The petitioner complained of certain breach of the peace at the behest of certain employees.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that there are dues of salary and Provident Fund as also ESI benefits to be obtained from the employer who happens to be the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the employer and employee have embroiled themselves, as such, the petitioner has hardly any scope.

If the situation is such that the petitioner intends to run the business, the police authorities, if they are approached, would see to that no untoward incident results for operation of the said petrol pump.

There are certain communications which have been sent. But, learned advocate for the petitioner could not satisfy this court as to whether such communications were received by the addressee.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned police authorities who would consider her representation only to the limited extent of ensuring that the situation in the petrol pump is not blown out of proportion so

that it may not result in any untoward incident taking place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14651 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
