However, no one is representing the respondents. On perusal of the prayer couched in the writ petition it appears petitioner has claimed service benefit as Peon though petitioner was working in the post of Sweeper at the time of filing of the writ petition. Considering the age of the petitioner as described in the affidavit connect to this writ petition it appears by this time petitioner has retired on superannuation and crossed the age of 60 years.
Considering the nature of the prayer made in this writ petition it is inferred that due to superannuation of the petitioner no relief can be granted to him. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
