In Re : Gostha Gopal Das @ Kalachand Das ..... petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty Mr. Ashutosh Mondal ... for the petitioner Ms. A. Sinha Mr. P. K. Mitra ... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 121 days. It is further submitted that there was a love affair between the parties. Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was a married man who suppressed his marital status and cohabited with the minor.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor prima facie shows dishonest intention of the petitioner in suppressing his marital status and cohabiting with the minor.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
