An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on 27th November, 2024. In the 2nd paragraph of the said order learned Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Malda (In-Charge) be read as learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Malda (In-Charge).

The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 27th November, 2024.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
