The petitioner who is the defacto complainant in G.R. case no. 3954 of 2023 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah is aggrieved by the fact that investigation has not been completed as yet.

Learned counsel for the private opposite parties submits that the private opposite parties have filed an application for quashing of proceedings which is pending before this Court. Learned counsel for the State submits, on instruction, that investigation is in progress and final report is yet to be submitted. In view of the above, since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application, the same is disposed of.
