And In Re : Chandrani Mondal ..........petitioner Mr. Sabyasachi Mukherjee Ms. Debarati Choudhury Mr. Bibek Beg Mr. Syed Neaz Ahmed ..... for the petitioner Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that although M. Case No. 16 of 2020 was initiated almost three years ago but till date the application for interim maintenance in a case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has not been disposed of.

According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner hearing of the said application for interim maintenance is over. However, for some reasons or the other final verdict in respect of the interim maintenance is not pronounced by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Barasat Court.

Having regard to the fact that there are social implications on the person who approached the court, I direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the application for interim maintenance or pronounce the verdict relating to the application for interim maintenance by 31st July, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations the revisional application being CRR 2286 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server coy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
