In Re: CRA 414 of 2001 The Report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge Kotwali Police Station KPD, Nadia dated 18.12.2023 stated that appellant i.e. Tusar Kanti Bhattacharya has expired on 22.12.2005 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed of.
