Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in not considering and sitting over his representation dated 6th April, 2022 being Annexure P-2 to the writ petition relating to holding election of Board of Directors.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 14996 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 6th April, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing

to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
