Suit No. 22 of 2018 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the meantime the cross-examination of the defendant's witness nos. 1 and 2 has been

closed and July 18, 2025 has been fixed for further evidence of the defendant's witness, if any.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, CO 2353 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court at Contai to make an endeavour to dispose of Mat. Suit No. 22 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided the husband is not in default in payment of any alimony, maintenance and litigation charges.
