Mr. Karan, learned advocate appearing for the 20.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.4 Rakib State mentioned the matter after the order was passed on 19.05.2025 and submitted that subsequently he could lay hands on the report submitted by the Inspector-inCharge, Contai Police Station. It is reflected in the report that already a case has been registered being Contai P.S. Case no. 450/2023 dated 11.09.2023 under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Charge-sheet has also been submitted on conclusion of investigation against the writ petitioner under the same sections.

Let this be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 19.05.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
