Affidavit-of-service is taken on record.

From the affidavit of service, it appears that the postal article sent to the respondent No.6 has returned with the endorsement "Unclaimed".

The dispute is between the petitioner and the money lender ('Kabuliwala) from whom the petitioner had allegedly taken loan at the rate of 6% interest. Allegedly, though the petitioner has been paying back the loan at the rate of Rs.20,000/- per month, the petitioner claims that some agents of the said 'Kabuliwala' have been threatening the petitioner to pay up of the money lender and the petitioner feels unsafe. It has been alleged that the petitioner's wife and daughter may be in danger. Primarily, this Court finds that there is a relationship of monetary transaction between the

petitioner and the respondent No.6. However, the police authorities shall keep a vigil to prevent any untoward incident.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
