By an order dated 12.4.2022, High Court in C.O. no. 813 of 2022 was pleased to request the Learned Additional District Judge, 11th Court at Alipore to ensure the expeditious disposal of said matrimonial suit being no. 71 of 2013. But unfortunately since February 2022, the said Learned Additional District Judge, 11th Court at Alipore is lying vacant and till date no presiding officer had joined.

Having considered the aforesaid facts of the case, learned District Judge, Alipore 24 parganas (South) is directed to withdraw the matrimonial suit no. 71 of 2013 from the file of Learned Additional District Judge, 11th

Court at Alipore and transfer the same to any other court at Alipoe having jurisdiction and which is not lying vacant, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The transferee court is requested to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the case and to conclude entire proceeding preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the case record.

Accordingly, C.O. 1935 of 2022 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
