1. None for the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the State apprised that in furtherance the court's order dated 30th July, 2025 the supplementary report was supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Since no exception is filed and nobody entered appearance for the petitioners, we find no reason to disbelieve the supplementary report dated 14th March, 2023. Along with that report, the photographs are filed to show that illegal

encroachments have been demolished and the land is restored to its original position. Paragraph 7 of the supplementary report reads thus:

"That a compliance report was forwarded to the Additional District Magistrate & DLLRo North 24 Parganas from the SDO Basirhat stating that possession of the said land has been restored to the State through the BLLRO Basirhat II Photostat copies of the said report along with photographs are annexed hereto marked with letter Annexure R1."

4. In this view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this PIL.

5. Accordingly, this PIL is disposed of.
