Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the interim order of stay passed on 09.06.2023 by the learned Sessions Court in Criminal Revision No. 24 of 2023. Since the subject-matter of the revisional application is restricted to the usage of the Trawler, I direct the learned trial court to dispose of the revisional application within sixty days from the date of communication of this order.

Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case so far as the issue relating to handing over the trawler or the interim custody of the trawler is concerned. Learned Sessions Judge would apply his independent mind and pass necessary directions. No unnecessary adjournment be given to any of the parties and the learned sessions court/revisional court would fix as many number of dates as it deems fit and proper, but would stick to the time line and dispose of the revisional application within the specified period of sixty days.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2290 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
