The non-compliance of an order of this court is under challenge in this writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Bankura to treat the same as a representation of the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis thereof, if the District Magistrate is convinced that the petitioner's allegations are correct. While doing so, the petitioner, the members of the School Committee and the Headmaster of Lodna Mankhamar Vivekananda Vidyamandir High School, Bankura, should be heard. An enquiry will be held. Report thereof shall be furnished to all the concerned parties. The parties will be

allowed to respond to such enquiry and thereafter the final decision shall be taken by the District Magistrate, Bankura. Upon completion of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed on the basis of the documents to be supplied by each of the parties in support of their contentions and also upon hearing any other interested person who can throw some light on the issue involved.

Needless to mention, if any irregularity is found, then the concerned District Magistrate shall recommend appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. All parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
