Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

The application is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated December 16, 2021.

Interim protection was granted for the period specified in such order.

Records of Berhampore UD Case No.547 of 2021 dated June 21, 2021 produced in Court is perused.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner and considering the materials in the case diary, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a month till the conclusion of the investigation and that the petitioner shall

appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6403 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
