Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Hogalberia Police Station Case No. 255 of 2024 being registered on 20.10.2024, the police authorities did not conclude their investigation for which the petitioner is suffering.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Hogalberia PS Charge Sheet No. 29/2025 dated 01.02.2025 has already been submitted against the FIR named accused before the jurisdictional court and the result of the investigation was also duly communicated to the de facto complainant.

Having regard to the steps taken by the police authorities, primary grievance of the petitioner

canvassed in the writ petition is justified. Since the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court, there is hardly any scope for this Court to interfere.

The petitioner and the private respondent would ventilate their grievance before the jurisdictional court in accordance with the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 14640 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
