Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client does not wish to press the writ petition in view of the availability of alternative remedy before the Securities Appellate Tribunal. With liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in term of the SEBI Act, 1992 on the self-same cause of action. Hence, WPA 15660 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
