Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that there is a long-standing dispute with regard to immovable property.

Petitioners were falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of this Court to the contents of the case diary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of allegation and the fact that there exist disputes with regard to immovable property, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner no. 1 while on bail, shall meet the investigating officer once in a month until further orders. Petitioner no. 2 shall cooperate with investigation in accordance with law. Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
