Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents being influential persons of the locality are resisting the petitioner for repairing the water pipe connection and for construction of the boundary wall. Petitioner intends to raise the boundary wall for which he requires police assistance.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there were earlier criminal cases being Patiram P.S. Case No.236 of 2022 wherein the police authorities on conclusion of investigation have already submitted charge-sheet. Report also reflects that the police authorities have kept a strict vigil for maintaining peace and tranquility and to that effect has drawn up

proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS pursuant to the incident of 23.06.2025.

Having regard to the nature of the prayer canvassed in the writ petition, that is, for repairing the water pipe and for construction of boundary wall, I am of the view that the petitioner should approach the appropriate authorities and/or the jurisdictional civil court for necessary directions. If the concerned authority or the civil court passes any directions upon the police authorities, then only the police authorities would respect, obey, implement and/or aid the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14639 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
