Mr. Duggar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the instant writ petition as the petitioner is interested to take the benefit of insertion of Section 128A of the CGST / WBGST Act, 2017 vide notification dated 10th January 2025.
