Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ application on 24.09.2021 subsequent events have happened which includes the issuance of 'no objection' to the petitioner and sending of the same to the School Service Commission as it is a case of transfer.

None of the subsequent events has been brought on record. Hence, this writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file it afresh including the subsequent events.
