Learned Advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that this writ petition should not be entertained on the ground of deficit court fees since there are 35 writ petitioners in the writ petition and one court fee has been paid while all the petitioners have got their individual separate cause of action and considering such objection this writ petition is entertained on condition of making payment of deficit court fees for the balance 34 petitioners by 25.9.2023. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners gives undertaking that the aforesaid deficit court fees will be paid by 25.9.2023 and considering such undertaking the following order is being passed. Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submission this writ petition being WPA 14735 of 2023, is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate concerned to consider and

dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 22nd May, 2023, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such order to the petitioners within two weeks of passing of such order.

List this matter on 26.9.2023 for the purpose of submitting the proof of payment of deficit court fees under the heading "To Be Mentioned".
