Inadvertent typographical error had crept into order dated 19.07.2022.

In the order dated 19th July, 2022, the names of the advocates be read as follows:

Mr. Subir Banerjee Mr. Sandip Bandyopadhyay Mrs. R. Basu Roy .... for the opposite party No. 2 to 4.

Similarly, in the said order dated 19th July, 2022, CRAN 2460 of 2017, which is an application for condonation of delay was disposed of. But owing to inadvertence, the same was not recorded in that order.

Thus, it is recorded CRAN 2460 of 2017 has been allowed by condoning the delay in filing the application for leave to appeal. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 19.07.2022.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to him.
