Case of the petitioner is that two complaints being work item/complaint nos.100076024 and 100076025 have been filed before the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal (Annexure P4, p.45) dated July 5, 2022, which are alleged to be kept pending.

Without going into the merits of the complaints, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registrar of Companies to take steps to dispose of the aforesaid complaints, if not already disposed of in the meantime, in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest, but positively within ninety days from the date of communication of this order. 4.

Notice of upgradation addressed to the Registrar of Companies by the learned advocate for the petitioner filed in court today be taken on record. 5.

Affidavit of service along with the unserved envelopes is retained with the record. The unserved writ petitions are returned to the

learned advocate for the petitioner.
