Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that an order of stay of further proceedings of the contempt application has been passed by the Division Bench where the appeal against the parent order is now pending.

Such order, it is submitted, was passed by the Division Bench on January 20, 2025.

Accordingly, let the contempt application go out of the list for the present with liberty to the parties to mention as and when the appeal is disposed of by the Division Bench.
