1. The order dated 8th January, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the first line of paragraph 2 on the first page of the order dated 8th January, 2024, the expression "14th September, 2022" shall stand corrected to read as "14th December, 2022". In page 6 of paragraph 20, which is without any subject matter, shall stand struck off of the order dated 8th January, 2024 and at page 7 paragraph 21 shall be renumbered as paragraph 20.

3. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 8th January, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 8th January, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
