Petitioner is not represented and no accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. This revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned Order dated 15th May, 2015 whereby learned Trial Court allowed the application filed by the petitioner under Order-9 Rule 13 C.P.C alongwith an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner has preferred this present revisional application which is pending since the year 2015. Accordingly, there is no reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present revisional application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO 2143 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
