The instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 13th March, 2015 whereby the learned Trial Court allowed the application filed by the plaintiff for recalling of PW-1 for examination.

Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court, the defendant/petitioner has filed this present revisional application which is pending since the year 2015.

It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO 2145 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
