Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the post mortem report of the victim and the statement of the eye witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.). The eye witnesses implicate the petitioners in the incident. Death of a person is involved.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3334 of 2022 is dismissed.
