And In Re : Netai Sarkar ..........petitioner Mr. Sudipta Kumar Bose Ms. Lipika Nath Mr. Gourav Singha ..... for the petitioner Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the order passed in Sessions Case No. 238 of 2019 and submits that continuously dates are fixed for consideration of charge. The certified copy so enclosed reflects that such dates were fixed on 5th January, 2023, 25th April, 2023 and the next date has been fixed on 11th October, 2023. Learned trial court being the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court, Barrackpore is directed that process of consideration of charges be completed on 11th October, 2023 or within a week from the said date preferably by 18th October, 2023.

Learned trial court will thereafter proceed in accordance with law by fixing at least one date in a month keeping in mind the factum that the investigation of the case commenced in the year, 2010 and more than 13 years have already been passed since such case was initiated.

Learned Public Prosecutor shall conduct the case and produce necessary materials if required for taking the trial to its logical conclusion at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations the revisional application being CRR 2292 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server coy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
