I do not want to exercise my jurisdiction conferred upon me. The petitioner came to know about the anomalies as has been stated in paragraph 7 of the writ application, on 18.7.2010. The petitioner submits that he filed one writ application which was pending and disposed of in the year 2013. Thereafter, the petitioner waited for five years or so and has filed this writ application. Because of such delay I do not entertain the writ application and, therefore, it is dismissed.
