1. We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

2. This writ petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation has been filed opposing the shifting of the ration shop. Learned counsel representing the State submits that the shifting has been done considering the public convenience and all other factors by a distance of about 150 meters. In any event, in a Public Interest Litigation, this Court cannot examine the correctness of the decision taken by the authorities, such as shifting of ration shop that too to a distance of 150 meters.

3. With the above observations, this writ petition stands dismissed. The report submitted by the District Controller is taken on record.
