Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that, since the matter is pending for long, the petitioner is not aware as to whether the opposite party is still alive. Moreover, learned counsel has instruction that the order impugned in the present revisional application has already been given effect to.
In such view of the matter, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation does not want to proceed further with the matter.
Accordingly, C. O. No. 1809 of 2010 is dismissed as not pressed.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the
parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
