In the matter of : Jolly Bera nee Saha ..... petitioner Mr. Sabyasachi Mondal Mr. Sayan Mukherjee ....For the petitioner The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a proceeding being Misc. Case No. 280 of 2001, under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Howrah.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the case is at argument stage, and the argument of the petitioner has already been completed. The opposite party no. 1 is seeking repeated adjournments and the case could not be disposed of till date.

In that view of the matter, I dispose of this revisional application with a direction upon the learned Magistrate in the Court below to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 280 of 2001 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, within a period of two months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

With these observations, CRR 1969 of 2021, is disposed of. Since the opposite party no. 1 will be not prejudiced by this order, this application is disposed of without serving any notice to him.
