The alleged contemnor is personally present in court today in terms of the Rule issued earlier. 2.

A show-cause on affidavit is filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the order of this court has been complied with. 4.

However, no copy of the show-cause affidavit has been served on the petitioner appearing in person. 5.

In terms of the direction of court, a copy is here and now handed over to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall file a reply/rejoinder thereto, if any, prior to the next returnable date with an advance copy to the learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor.

The matter shall next be listed on April 12, 2024 for passing further orders.

For the time being, the personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with, subject to further orders.
